About us
Korea Software HRD Center is an advanced software training academy established in April 2013 through cooperation between the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and Webcash in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, dedicated to developing top software experts and AX (AI Transformation) specialists. In 2020, it transitioned into a Global NGO under the Foundation for Korea Software Global Aid (KSGA) to expand its mission for ICT development, recruiting 60 to 80 scholarship students annually. Since 2023, the center has been sponsored by Webcash Group and KB Financial Group.

Country director’s message
KSHRD plays an important role in Cambodia SW technology development KSHRD plays an important role in improving SW technologies in Cambodia. We are trying to share our advanced SW training curriculum and content with local universities. Furthermore, we publish regular SW technical reports twice a year. Lastly, we are developing e-learning content which can help Cambodian people learn IT easily. KSHRD has young history, but great vision and dream to train future IT leaders and contribute to IT development in Cambodia. Please watch our activities and look for further improvement. Thank you.
