Khmer Food Competition and Khmer New Year Celebration of Korea Software HRD Center

In the morning, there was a Korean food making competition from all students. There were also evaluations and rewards to winners as well. Moreover, in the afternoon, there were many Khmer Traditional Games and Dancing followed by Khmer Noodle which made the event full of entertainment. Korea Software HRD Center wishes good blessings, happiness and prosperity to the management team, instructors and students, as well as all the partners of the center in this New Year.

After 3 months of hard work and training, students at the Korea Software HRD Center are now ready for a big coding challenge.

All 6 teams will compete to build a Full Stack Platform called “HRD Community” (both the front and back end).⏳ The Schedule:First Morning: Planning the project and picking roles.Next 1.5 Days: Code ImplementationWhich team will build the best project? Special Lecture on “Modern Developer Evolution and Adaptation in the Age of AI” by Dr. Kong Vungsovannreach, Alumnus of Korea Software HRD Center

During this meaningful session, Dr. Sovannreach shared insights on the importance of adapting to the rapidly evolving era of Artificial Intelligence. He discussed the strengths and weaknesses of AI compared to human capabilities and highlighted the specific traits humans must cultivate to seize opportunities in this new landscape. He emphasized that learning to use AI correctly and intelligently is the key to future readiness and remain competitive in today’s job market. Furthermore, he shared his personal methods and experiences using AI that led to his current success. The workshop not only provided technical knowledge but also inspired the audience to be courageous in their studies and self-development within the digital age.
